Pick up any random item of processed food in the supermarket. Soup, cereal, bread, whatever. More often than not, it’s going to have 8,000 ingredients, many of which are unpronounceable and most of which are not all that good for you.
Think of this as a guide to help you see through all the crap you can buy in the supermarket and give you other choices instead. It’s sound advice on eating not informed by nutritional scientists (you know, the people who thought margarine was better for you than butter), but on common sense.
If you let it, this book will change the way you eat. It has for me.
MUST READ.
